Water Tower Research publishes update note on Steelcase’s HBR article on hybrid workplace strategies
Water Tower Research Senior Research Analyst Budd Bugatch joined Proactive to speak about his recent update note summarizing an article that recently appeared in the Harvard Business Review entitled "4 Strategies for Building a Hybrid Workplace that Works" co-authored by the CEO of Steelcase (NYSE:SCS).
Bugatch discussed some of the article's key takeaways including preference for a hybrid workplace by leaders and US workers, and well as 'getting hybrid right' which could 'bring people together better than before.' He goes on to discuss the article's four design strategies to help facilitate this.
